How to make an appointment?
A. Foreign children should register at the Registration windows with their passports and apply for medical cards at the first time they come here. The medical card will record the valid data of identity, gender, date of birth, home address and contact information and so on.
B. You can make appointments through a variety of channels for the follow up visits. The Expert Clinic available from Monday to Friday should be appointed one week in advance, and 3 days in advance on weekends. The ways for making an appointment:

What documents should be brought for seeing a doctor?
It is requested for every patient to bring his/her passport when coming to see a doctor. Hospital will provide invoice for your medical expenses. If you have commercial medical insurance, you may have to consult the insurance company to see if there is anything else you should bring along to the hospital.
Can a patient who can not speak Chinese come to see doctors here？
You don't have to worry about your language barriers as most doctors can speak English fluently during the diagnosis and treatment process.Besides, a friend who can speak Chinese may help you get better medical experience.
