Children's Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine (ZCH), founded in 1951, is a non-for-profit public hospital and the largest comprehensive center of pediatric health care in Zhejiang Province. How to make an appointment?
A. Foreign children should register at the Registration windows with their passports and apply for medical cards at the first time they come here. The medical card will record the valid data of identity, gender, date of birth, home address and contact information and so on.
B. You can make appointments through a variety of channels for the follow up visits. The Expert Clinic available from Monday to Friday should be appointed one week in advance, and 3 days in advance on weekends. The ways for making an appointment:
a)Call 12580, 96365, 114 for appointments.
b)Make appointments on online platforms: http://guahao.zjol.com.cn/, http://www.zjol.com.cn/, and http://www.zjslxh.org.cn/.
c)Make appointments on the official APP of “浙大儿院” or follow official WeChat platform “浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院”.

What documents should be brought for seeing a doctor?
It is requested for every patient to bring his/her passport when coming to see a doctor. Hospital will provide invoice for your medical expenses. If you have commercial medical insurance, you may have to consult the insurance company to see if there is anything else you should bring along to the hospital.
