Diagnosis and treatment of childhood neurodevelopmental disorders including global developmental delay (GDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), tic disorder, and specific learning disabilities; as well as the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric neurological disorders such as epilepsy, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries, and neuromuscular diseases.

1、Study on the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI)-based screening and prediction;

2、Automatic recognition of epilepsy and further evaluation of its associated functional impairment using AI models;

3、Follow-up study on pediatric hereditary neuromuscular and neurodevelopmental genetic disorders, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT), and Angelman syndrome.
