As a pediatrician, I mainly focus on childhood rheumatic and immune diseases. In most cases, these disorders could be painful and leave persistent disabling effects on children, I would especially motivate toward optimal treatment and minimize the risk. In my practice, I specialize in the evaluation and care of children with rheumatic, immune and related diseases, such as juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, various types of vasculitis (including Kawasaki disease and IgA vasculitis), immunodeficiency disease (especially autoinflammatory disorders), fever of unknown origin, asthma, infant wheezing, and interstitial lung disease. 

1. The role of innate immunity in idiopathic inflammatory myopathy including juvenile dermatomyositis and necrotizing myositis.

2. Clinical and basic research of asthma and interstitial lung disease associated with rheumatic disease.

3. The pathogenesis and therapy of autoinflammatory disorders of inborn errors of immunity.
